Ingredients :
250 gr, Instant noodle
or Macaroni
1 medium size, Onion,
finally chopped
3 cloves, Garlic,
finally chopped
5 tbs, Flour
250 ml, Milk
2-3 tbs, Cilantro, finally
chopped
200 gr, Cheddar cheese
Black pepper, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for
sauteing and frying
Salt, to taste
Salt, to taste
Direction :
Boil
noodles / macaroni until cooked, drain it, set aside
In
the skillet sauté the onions until browned and fragrant
Add
the flour mix
Pour
the milk and mix again until smooth
Enter
the cheese and stir until mixed with the dough
Add
salt and pepper
Enter
chopped cilantro, reduce heat and stir well
Remove
and let it cool
Completion:
Once
the dough is rather cool, make the dough round or oval shapes as desired
Roll
in flour, then dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs
Store
in a refrigerator (no freezer), if possible overnight
Over
medium heat fry the dough in plenty of hot oil
Until golden brown
Enjoy croquette noodles / macaroni as a family snack
